Organic Farms and Businesses Recognised in National Organic Awards 2026
Congratulations to all the organic producers and businesses, including several Irish Organic Association members, who won or were shortlisted for this year’s National Organic Awards, with a reception taking place on 24th September at the Bord Bia offices. Winners included Airfield Estate, which received an Impact Initiative Award for its educational initiatives; Dunnes Stores for Best Retailer; and Irish SeaSpray for its Irish organic salmon in the export category – see below for further details.
Special mention must also go to the many other organic farmers and food businesses who were shortlisted, but did not pick up an award on this occasion due to the strong competition across the various categories. The awards are organised by Bord Bia in association with the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. They occur every two years and are designed to showcase the very best Irish organic food and drink producers across the sector.
